For a bug report, feature request, or privacy question, open an issue on GitHub. A GitHub account is required.
Issues are public. Do not attach private notes, receipts, account details, or other sensitive information. Redact screenshots before posting.
Reporting a problem
Include your device model, iOS version, Folio version, the steps that led to the problem, and what you expected to happen. A screenshot with personal information removed can help.
Keep a copy of important work
Export important notes and drawings before removing the app or making major changes. Exported files and backups are managed separately from Folio’s local data.
Permissions
If scanning, event linking, or reminders are unavailable, check Folio’s permissions in iOS Settings. Some features require supported hardware or an enabled system service.
